This policy applies to Miyar miyarbusiness.com and the Miyar app on Android and iPhone. By using the site or app, you agree to it.
Data we collect
- Account Data: Name, email, phone number, company name and password are encrypted.
- Work data you enter: journal entries, invoices, vouchers, customer statements, suppliers, employees, workshop orders and tender files. This data is yours, and we save it for service only.
- Request Data: Products you purchase or download and record your orders.
- Usage Data: The type of device and browser, the pages you visit, aggregate traffic statistics, and the cookies needed to log in and work your basket.
How we use data
- Operate your account and the systems you subscribed to, save and sync your data between your devices.
- Execute requests, deliver files and send necessary service messages.
- Technical support and answer your inquiries.
- Improve the site and application and protect them from abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.
Data sharing
We only share your data with service providers that we need to operate the service, such as the hosting company, email address providers and payment methods when activated, only to the extent necessary, or if required by law or a competent authority.
Within a single company
If the account manager adds other users from his company, each user sees only what his permissions allow, and the account manager controls these permissions.

Duration of retention
We keep your data for the duration of your account. When you delete an account we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to keep it such as order logs and invoices.
Delete account and data
To delete your account and all your data from the site and application, send a request from your registered email to admin@miyarbusiness.com Entitled “Request account deletion”. We confirm receipt and execute the deletion within 30 days. Before deletion, you can request a copy of your data.
Your rights
You have the right to view and correct your data, request a copy of it or delete it, and unsubscribe from unnecessary messages at any time.
Children
The site and application are directed to companies and business owners, and not directed to those under the age of 18.
Policy Modification
We may update this policy, post the new date at the top of the page, and notify you of material changes via mail or within the account.
